Antique C1880 Log Cabin Quilt Hand Stitched + Hand Quilted with a Wonderful Backing
It measures 78" square, and has 196, 5 1/2" squares, 15 small pieces in each square making close to 3000 pieces!
Pleasing Calico Prints in a Variety of Colors Arranged in an Graphic Pattern
It appears each square was pieced, backed and the hand sewn together. The backing is nice early fabric.
Overall the condition is good. There are a few scattered pieces with some breakdown ...(less than 20 of the 3000), please see photos.
