FURTHER DETAILS TO FOLLOWOn 07-Aug-20 at 19:53:06 BST, seller added the following information:Thank you for looking at this wonderful detailed embroidery of a crinoline lady in her garden. This has been embroidered using 'proper' silk embroidery thread (which has a type of sheen to it which modern thread does not usually have). This dates from the 1930s and has been impeccably completed - the lady's dress has been appliqued in two different coloured silk/satin fabric and her bo...nnet is particularly well done. Each flower and the rose arch have been executed beautifullyThis measures 22 inches by 15 inches and please note the marks to the outer edge where it was previously mounted : this is an old embroidery, not new
