This is a large and heavy 1920's Navajo bracelet, with a single beautiful green blue stone . The frame has four rows of hand twisted silver square wire terminating with caps and small silver drops. The bezel plate may be ingot and the bezel is handmade. This piece is heavy for it's size and weighs 55 grams. The inside measurement from end to end is about 5 3/4" with a gap of 1 1/4", so 7" (could be closed a bit). The width is just under 1 1/2".
This is a ...lovely bracelet, made by the Navajo. It has a mellow natural patina from age, as well as lots of wear from use. Since the shows are canceled for this year, here is an opportunity for a turquoise fix for you.
