1915 PANAMA Pacific Int'l Expo CA WORLDS Fair WIND UP CLOCK WOOD RARE Railroad SPIKE
This is an Antique/Vintage Souvenir from the 1915 Pacific Int'l Expo World's fair. It is a very interesting piece of history. It is made of what looks to be a dark walnut wood and carved and shaped like a Railroad Spike. In the top front of the spike is a small antique wind up clock that says HB on the face. There is a little piece on the top that you pull up and you turn it t...o wind the little clock and also change the time. The front bezel is made of sterling and there are little gold (probably 18K) dots around the hours on on the face.It is stamped on the back San Francisco 1915 as well. It is marked with names and initials on the back of the little lever that you wind the clock with, and I have tried to figure out the maker of the clock but I haven't been able to.Measures aprox 12" long and the clock is aprox 1 1/4" diameter with the bezel.The clock does wind and it is in WORKING condition, the clock is a little fast. It is in Good Antique condition with some small scratches and scuffs and wear typical for the age of the piece, it has a small crack on the top of the wood (see pics), the glass on the face is in good condition with no breaks, cracks or chips. There is some tarnishing on the sterling silver bezel.

To be absolutely sure they are safe, you should replace them. Also if you are planning on doing any Hard wiring, it is advisable that you get a qualified electrician or person that is skilled in wiring to do the job.I will not give Refunds or Partial Refunds unless the item is Grossly Misrepresented. I will not pay for return shipping as this is up to the buyer. I do not control the shipping prices and I only charge what they charge me and a small amount for packing materials.
