The item is in Good cosmetic condition. Upon inspection of the device, I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
The case has some scuffing. There is rust present on the casing. The display has noticeable scratches. I was able to power on the device and the meter needle moved. Since I don't have any experience with this equipment I wasn't abl...e to test it further Keys to the hard case are included.
