This was an estate find some time ago. We have partially tested the device. It seems to be working well with a minor need for adjustment.

The top lever that acts as the stop arm gets kicked out its groove if the telegraph actuates the punch more that once every 1 to 1.5 seconds. You'll see this in the video. I have to gently press it back into its groove for it to stop. There is some light discoloration to the top beveled clear piece. Tension on the ticker tape rollers seems to be a little too tight, as the paper feeding through the rollers can slow down periodically. Small crack to plastic cover over punch tool. Top left beveled glass containment piece is missing (picture 9).
Sold as-is in need of some minor adjustments, but is otherwise fairly functional.
The shipping carrier for this item will likely end up as FedEx for most of the country. We may utilize USPS if the buyer is located in the SE United States. Please be sure your shipping address is serviceable by either carrier.
