Frame is in good condition but the chain was dropped and chainstay damaged, may require repair. Some scratching/chipping elsewhere on the paint but the frame is in otherwise good condition. See pics. I rode on this frame before stripping it down for parts (needed them for a bike that actually fits me lol). There was no indication of creaking or weakness in the chainstay. I cannot guarantee that this frame doesn't need repair- it may. It may also be safe as is, if the chainstay damage i...s mostly superficial, as it seems to be. Please look closely at the pictures.
