Vintage 1930-1960`s CAL 262 Unisex Swiss Wrist Watch
Very Beautiful Mechanical Work I am pleased to offer for sale this unisex UNISEX wrist watch with Original Repainted DIAL; Original Vintage HANDS; Original, signed by UNIVERSAL, Stainless Steel CASE and Original 17 Jewels Clean High Grade MECHANISM CAL 262. Made in Switzerland in 1930-1960`s.
This is one of the first ORIGINAL ...WRIST watch. NOT converted from Pocket.
This watch is saved as it was more than 60 Years, only dial was restored.
Movement was serviced, new oiled and adjusted, keeps great time and ready to be used in everyday life.
This watch is rather small and very comfortable to carry on the wrist.
Case is in very good cosmetic condition with some tiny scratches after polishing. Opening the back cover reveals a routinely serviced and high quality manual wind movement with red Ruby settings that is signed Universal Geneve with the serial number 110260. Working very good, very clean. This beautiful wrist watch has original movement in an excellent condition, which was very well saved, considering age of this watch. Mechanism has been recently serviced to ensure it winds and sets smoothly while keeping great, accurate time.
The watch measures:
34.6 mm - diameter of the Case,
36 mm - diameter of the Case with the crown,
10.4 mm - thickness;
It is in perfect working order condition.
All mechanisms are serviced, new oiled and adjusted. Very rare timepiece – pride for every collector!
