Used, does not include battery or charging accessories, however these items are still available for purchase from various suppliers. Was purchased surplus from the fire district for use on my collector pumper but is no longer needed.
Due to not having a battery I'm unable to test it and verify that it is working. However, it is in very good condition overall, with no scratches to the screen or lens, and you can see that the battery compartment is in excellent shape in the photos..., so I don't have any reason to believe that it is not functioning. However, if you obtain the correct charging accessories and can confirm for me that it is not functional, I am happy to provide a refund less the cost of shipping.
Includes OEM carrying strap and extra hook accessories as shown that were never installed.
