Really strange piece. Heavy, well made ceramic calf with some pretty nice detail. I don't know if it a custom piece or not. I sure can't find any info on this one. I thought at first someone just stuck a pacifier in its mouth but the mouth looks like it's size and shape was made for this. Could be custom or a pacifier holder or neither. I can't pull it out of the mouth though. It moves around but is too big on the end to come through the mouth hole. That's about as good as a descriptio...n as I can give. I just thought it looked cool and was well made. Measures approx 8" X 7" X 3" and is hollow but the ceramic is very thick and heavy.
