Vintage Joe Penner & His Duck Goo-Goo - Tin Wind-Up Toy by Louis Marx. This 1930s-era lithographed tin toy features radio and movie comedian Joe Penner. It measures about 8" tall, 4.5" wide and about 5" deep (length of the duck). The wind-up toy rolls forward and he moves along quite fast! When wound, his hat goes up and down and the cigar in his mouth also moves around. There is some wear and rust, but I think this is to be expected in an item of its age (approximately 80+ years o...ld). All four wheels are in place. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. I do not have the original box for this item.
