An Art Deco silver and black enamel cased comb, fully hallmarked in Birmingham in 1937 with the makers mark T & S, which is E J Trevitt & Sons Ltd. Very nice quality with excellent engine turned pattern all over, a vacant space for a name or initials, and it closes tightly. In very good condition and no damage on the black enamel. The comb can be replaced at some stage, unless you’ve got hair like mine ! Size is 114mm x 28mm and weighs 36.9gms.
