This is asuperb quality watch which sees a collaboration of two of the finest names in20th Century Swiss watch making – to have a Movado watch with aZENITH automatic calibre inside is something of a serious treat! This lovelyRETRO ladies watch has a stunning LINEN TEXTURED dial, a fantastic period ‘C’shaped case and is in great cosmetic condition. The back of the case says SUBSEA which indicates the case is a water tight design like a Francis Borgel –however we have not pressure tested this and do not recommend using vintagewatches for diving or other water sports. Please notehowever that this watch is currently NOT WORKING and will need a service/repair– the balance is fine but the second hand doesn’t move when the balance isprompted. So, perhaps the train is jammed and hopefully this will not take awhole lot to get it moving. It will be well worth it – this is an unusual andrare piece, first one I’ve seen for years and years. The movementis signed for ZENITH and has the calibre number 17240. It measures: 24mms without the crown Condition : overallcosmetics are very good, especially the dial. Condition is used, SEE PHOTOS.
