Vintage Metal Door Knocker Woodpecker Wood Pecker Interactive Knob to turn to make the woodpecker knock.
This was on an old 1912 home in Portland OR for decades. This appears to be an original that came from a Portland company in the 50's
Looks like brass, kind of a weathered copper color now with some age and naturally occurring patina. It has been lightly cleaned but not polished.
