Vintage DeSantis #82 brown leather shoulder holster. Holster fits a Smith & Wesson 6904, 469 and 669 with a barrel up to 3 1/2". Shoulder harness and back strap are both adjustable. Backstop shows some fading you can see in photo 5. Great hard to find rig for some old S&W autos..
