Functional condition:
RADIO in US SPEC.(covers full FM and AM spectrum)Note also has dual radio tune knob (two round knob on top of another)
RADIO. AM FM SW1 and SW2
FM works Excellent.(This is a Fantastic radio unit. if you love listening to FM radio station
or Tune into your favorite music banks via Phone etc....
AM works reception improves better away from electronics (wifi or tv) at open space etc.
SW/ SW2. works but limited few stations.
LINE-IN: RCA (Stereo) function works.tested.USES 5 C cell batteries (optional) Tested works.
Cassette mechanism:
Play, RW, FW etc spindle rotate, door open correctly. (tested with empty cassette)RW button sticky but works.
due to its vintage nature, it is sold AS IS condition.
it may require fine tune by tech. to make this perfect.
Cosmetics:
Buttons, knobs etc are all intact works.
no cracks no fissures no hairlines that I can see.
all screws intact. battery door seats tight. no rust overall.
Being its pre-owned device,
it does have sign of usage such as marks, light scratches or bumps etc see photo for detail.
so Please expect them but overall for its age its in nice shape.
No rust in battery compartment.Antenna straight as seen antenna rest tap intact.
speakers work both side evenly. Good tone.
Unit comes with a SANYO AC adaptor great shape also included are LINE IN to headphone connector(for your cell phone or ipod etc.
This radio was cleaned inside out switches etc all lubricated.
nice unit to have on book shelves or college dorms or carry with you on vacation or a trip . perfect conversational piece.
