Very beautiful Vintage Tanzanite and Diamond cluster ring in 9K gold. Very sparkly!What is Tanzanite? Tanzanite is the blue and violet variety of the mineral zoisite (a calcium aluminium hydroxyl sorosilicate) caused by small amounts of vandium. Tanzanite belongs to the epidote mineral group. Tanzanite is only found in Tanzania and s noted for its remarkably strong trichroism appearing alternately blue, violet and burgundy depending o...n crystal orientation. Tanzanite can also appear differently when viewed under different lighting conditions.- Color varies in the light - from blue to violet - PLEASE UNDERSTAND color perception is very personal. What I might perceive as violet you might perceive differently. Colors might also display differently on your screen. I have taken pictures in broad, direct and indirect sunlight (middle of the morning) as well as inside (last picture). Pictures were NOT altered nor enhanced and NO filters were used. All pictures were taken with an Iphon*.- 375 yellow gold stamped (9K) - Origin United Kingdom- Tanzanites are approx. 20 points each and 6 x sparkly 1 point approx. each and are set in white gold (the band however is yellow gold)- Size US 7.5 - 7.6 see pictures of the ring sizer - it shows the band a bit over the 7.5 mark - PLEASE MAKE SURE ring fits you. NO RETURNS.
