An amazing antique Chinese circa 1800 famille rose palace scene oval porcelain plate.This incredible, brightly colored and beautifully detailed interior palace scene oval chicken skin porcelain plate shows figures sitting on wonderfully detailed chairs holding calligraphy fans with court ladies conferring, all on a checkered floor with wonderful railings leading to an extensive rocky lake and sky behind. The edges of the plate have superbly detailed floral, butterfly and bug decoratio...ns all around.The plate measures approximately 11 3/4 x 9 inches.The plate is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. This incredible, brightly colored and beautifully detailed interior palace scene oval chicken skin porcelain plate shows figures sitting on wonderfully detailed chairs holding calligraphy fans with court ladies conferring, all on a checkered floor with wonderful railings leading to an extensive rocky lake and sky behind. The edges of the plate have superbly detailed floral, butterfly and bug decorations all around.
The plate measures approximately 11 3/4 x 9 inches.
The plate is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. It has general all over light wear including to the gold gilt lip. Please check pictures.
