The 225E was a mainstay of Lionel‘s line in the late 1930s and early 40s. One of the first of Lionel‘s die cast steamers, the 225E mold was used to make the 675/2025 steam engines of the Postwar era. This locomotive features an operating motor, a reverse unit, and has an illuminated interior. It does not include a tender.
This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good. There are light rub marks and nicks. There are faint rust stains on the side rods. The original box is not included. Check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Very Good.
