Great early 20th century at the latest primitively carved Chinese Huanghuali wood box with foo dogs, floral, and a bat motif. Primitive laquer on this piece and beautiful red velveteen lining - clearly never used or restored at some point. The lining of the box smells of cedar or some sort of spice wood. Beautiful piece. Measurements: 9 1/2” length, 5 3/4” width, 4 3/4” height. Please read condition report and see photos.
