This vintage antique Chinoiserie Chinese dragon embroidered pongee silk kimono robe dates from 1910. It is made of a natural ecru cream color fine quality pongee raw silk fabric, with white silk raised padded satin stitch hand embroidered dragon roundels medallions, with clouds of smok...e, pearls and flames. This amazing Asian Japonism Chinoiserie style dragon kimono robe is loose fitting, a long floor length, with long full sleeves, with 4 small embroidered dragon roundels on front, one large medallion on the back, an open front with no closure, missing the belt and is unlined. The kimono measures 52 inches long, with a 52 inch chest, 52 inch waist and 52 inch hips. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of Chinoiserie wearable art!
