A coat of arms with three boars heads on gilt with knight armor on top, and Latin inscription "Per Ardua Bonum" below serves as the main element of decoration. Additional floral decorations neatly distributed throughout.
We are uncertain whether the vase was made in China or as per Ebay user tip, it is a French product decorated in Paris in the 19th cent...ury in the Chinese export armorial style. Could be both, eg. an Asian porcelain vase decorated by European artist. In either case, the quality of hand painting is pretty high.
