This item has been displayed but is in excellent great shape. Roof sign and candy sign are removable. Piece is dated 2012 and is part of the Mickey's Merry Christmas Village series from Department 56, no longer made or sold in stores. Original box and light cord are included and goofy.I... am unsure if goofy originally came with this piece. Goofy’s hand has been repaired and it is hardly noticeable. Please see pictures.
