This is a very nice tool box, it has normal dings on the outside and the back has some scratches, the inside is in great shape, the red drawers and the lift out tray don't appear to have been used much. There is a little wear from the tray sliding around but I believe that this box sat empty on a shelf for a long time as inside has minimal wear. The keys are included and everything works great. The drawers stay closed when the lid is closed even if it is not locked. I have wiped it off... a bit but there is a little dust here and there.
