Antique Chinese 5-Claw Dragon Embroidery Fabric Framed Qing Dynasty 19th Century, most likely part of a banner.Obtained from a local collector's estate (The phoenix embroidery was for sale too and will combine shipping when both are purchased.)Dimensions: 20.5" x 19" as shown in Photos #1 and #2The framed image under the clear plastic cover features a partial dragon chasing a flaming ball over some waves with the famous gold thread couching stitch outline.The frame has some scuffs... as shown in Photos #3 - #6 that highlight the 4 quarters of the item. The embroidery has some loose stitches as shown in Photo #7 and #8.The fabric has some slight push-up in some areas as shown in Photos #7 - #9.The back of the frame is wood as shown in Photo #11.Please view all photos for details.
