Art Nouveau 14K gold hat pin with round deep purple amethyst, made by Champenois & Co. and marked "CXK." Passes 14K acid test. Has been left unpolished in order to allow the buyer to decide whether or not to keep the bronzy patina. Weighs about 1.65g without the end protector which is probably not gold.
