A vintage or antique Chinese carved wood figure of a water buffalo with rider. The figure is well carved, has glass eyes and is stamped to the base - 1647.
Height approx. 4 3/4", length approx. 7 1/2".
CONDITION ~ There is some repaired damage to one hoof and near the mouth, as pictured. If the figure did have applied teeth, then they are no longer present.
