Ebay Managed Payments now holds money for 2 days or more before sending it, results in 2 days+ shipping delay. Ebay now charges .25 transaction fee per item, not per order (no combined savings - a 5 lot order is 1.50 it was 0.30 before). So my base has to go up, to $3.31.

I have lost several packages first class stamp in PR recently. If you are in Puerto Rico, you have to accept risk of shipping regular first class stamp and envelope $0.80 else this has to go with tracking for $3.70
