HAS A FEW COINS STILL IN IT AND A PIECE OF PAPER IN THE BOTTOM BILL SLOT - I DO NOT THINK IT IS A DOLLAR BILL ! FOR SAVING MONEY AND ACTED AS AN ADVERTISING ITEM FOR THE BANKS
