OLD IRONSIDES, WOOD RELIC ARTIFACT, USS CONSTITUTION, AND BRASS PLAQUE. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.My father had been invited to many turnarounds of the boat. He took many pictures. He had told me he had wood from the ship. I found these two items together. I can only assume it was what he was talking about. He has long since past and I am still sorting things out and selling off stuff. I don't want anyone to think I am ripping them off as that is not my nature and you can see fro...m the many years of feedback I have not. I searched the net and did not see a plaque like this anywhere. I double checked with a magnet even though I was sure it was brass. Feel free to ask me any questions in case I do have an answer. I have received information that pretty much says it is most unlikely a relic from Ironsides. I agree. The plaque is heavy brass and maybe someone that has wood they know to be real may be interested int he plaque. With no mounting holes it is probably not the real thing but maybe someone would like a nice plaque that is well made.
