Here is a very cool, hard to find, 1947 Narragansett, Select Stock Lager Beer, amber glass, 12 ounce "wood arrow through the bottle".
This is a very scarce item and one of the most unusual of the thousands of promotional advertising items the Narragansett Co. distributed to its vendors. The bottle has only 2 small holes for the ONE PIECE arrow to come through. Neither the arrow or the bottle was cut, sliced or put back together to accomplish this. Very cool trick!
The bottle is in very good condition with no problems. The wood arrow has a small wood chip and the very scarce hang tag has seen better days but is present. The label shows edge losses as shown in the last two photos which should be considered part of the description.
