Up for auction is an antique Arts & Crafts Mission Solid Oak Octagon Table Top Drawbore Pegged Side Table 15 3/8" tall with a 11 1/2" top diameter. It weighs 5.67 lbs. The table top is 3/4" thick and is anchored by 8 long screws that go up through the cross shaped oak board supports that are 2 5/16" wide by 3/4" thick into the underside of the table top. This little table is very solid and sturdy. It has small nails, screws, glue and wooden pegs holding it together. I th...ink it may have been repaired at some time in its life, since I see traces of glue and that the dark walnut colored stain is too uniform to be original. The leg span at the floor is 9 1/2" apart and then tappers up to 9" at the top of the legs. The legs are 2 5/16" wide by 3/4" thick and are 14 1/2" long. - This little table is in solid, clean, sturdy, functional condition. It is missing one of its lower side leg pegs. One of corners of the table top has been trimmed by a saw cut, see photo #3.
