Civic Pewter Arts And Crafts Vase

Civic Pewter vase number 1549. This was included in a number of other items I bought. I don't know much about it. I think it might be from the arts and crafts movement which might date it to early 1900s. I don't know, make up your own mind.  It's approximately 5 inches high. There are no dents, the finish is marked in places which may polish out. It is stained inside see picture.
