At unreserved auction is 1 of 3 antique hand stitched estate quilts I'm listing this week. First, I apologize in advance for not getting all the terms right or knowing all the patterns. These were a crime of opportunity when they turned up unexpectedly at a recent farm auction. The bright spots in the photos are sunshine as I took the photos outside. This one measures 82x64". I have not been able to identify the pattern. It does show what I'm going to call some foxing and a few ra...ndom stains but nothing that visually detracts. About half of the brown and white striped squares are showing some splitting along the stripes. Otherwise it is structurally solid and elaborately quilted.
