Up forauction is a used condition Brilliant Search Light carbide lamp. Lamp generator is 7” tall from base to top. Bottom of lamp generator is stamped “BRILLIANT SEARCH LIGHT MFG. CO., PAT. OCT. 21, 1902, APRIL 14, 1914, MADE IN CHICAGO, USA.” Headpiece is stamped "BRILLIANT SEARCH LIGHT" on back of heat vent. Both glass lenses are intact with no cracks. Burner unit is present, but hose is missing. The leather strap appears to me a more recent addition. There ...is a small dent on the top of the generator. See last photograph.
