For sale are these:18th Century Antique George III Old Sheffield Plate Gravy Argyle Circa 1790A beautiful and rare high collectable Argyle pot. Looks like a tea or coffee pot, however this has a middle compartment, used for keeping gravy warm at the table.Old Sheffield plate, no markings.Plating is 70% complete, we have left in original condition and not replated it.Good condition, surface tarnish and plating loss can been seen.Wooden handle shows a small knock (6mm) that's been fille...d in with black resin.Measures 23cm high by 9.8cm wide, excluding spout.Uncleaned, as found.A nice example!Please view all the pictures, these form part of the description.Thanks for looking. 18th Century George III Old Sheffield Plate Gravy Argyle Pot Circa 1790, RARE

Plating is 70% complete, we have left in original condition and not replated it.

Good condition, surface tarnish and plating loss can been seen.

Wooden handle shows a small knock (6mm) thats been filled in with black resin. Measures 23cm high by 9.8cm wide, excluding spout.  Uncleaned, as found.
