Early Patek Philippe & Cie 18K Yellow Gold Antique Hunter Case Mens Pocket Watch

Up for sale is this antique/very early gent's Patek Philippe & Cie. hunter-case pocket watch in 18K yellow gold. It features a near-mint white dial with black Roman numerals and a sunk subdial. The serial number of this watch dates it to a very early period in the Patek Philippe history: 1865-1870. The condition of this watch is as follows:
The crystal has very few blemishes and the dial is super clean. The solid gold case is super clean as well and only shows ...one small ding/crease. All correct period markings including hallmarks are present and the watch is at the minimum, 4x signed: on the dial, inside the back cover, and inside and outside of the movement dust cover.
It should be noted that during this early period, Patek Philippe watches were known to not be signed on the visible part of the movement, but instead on the side under the dial (which is suspected of this watch, based on historical records).
The high-grade movement is currently running and keeping accurate time. The case measures 50.5mm in diameter not counting the crown or bail. Total weight on the scale is 116.4 grams.
