Boy Scout Vintage RWS - Red + White Strip PATCHCouncil, City, Community, Town or Base ! Nice Shape !(Note- Council Patches are scanned sometimes while in their plastic bags so you may see glare or reflections or faded or folded areas because of the plastic.)** NOTE - ALL Items are packed with Non-Infected people in an area sterilized and cleaned daily. All sale material was obtained before Dec. 31, 2019. All items are packed safely and in plastic. **
COUNC...IL + CITY SHOULDER STRIP PATCHES, RWS's, are mostly from an untouched 40 Year Old collection. Some of these were from a display and might not be as stiff as original, some were off uniforms, and a couple have a bit of black felt where they were taped on to a display board for a weekend. Ones from a Troop collection are mostly more obscure cities and towns that they had one or two samples of left from the factory.A few issues from OTHER collections have been added.Most are Used or Unused & rougher & still nice OLDER ISSUES.Mgd=Merged, JSP=Jamboree Shoulder Patch, DJ=the 75th Anniversary Diamond Jubilee for BSA in 1985, NJ=National Jamboree, WJ=World Jamboree, PL or PL Back=Plain Back, embroidered, no plastic, PB=Plastic Back, Annv.=Anniversary Issue, CP=Council Patch, not CSP shaped, usually round and worn on pocket-not shoulder, T=Twill background version / not fully embroidered, S=Solid background / fully embroidered, fdl=Fluer-de-lis or Scout Emblem was added

Can combine items to save on shipping. **NOTE - Issue number - if shown, perhaps a CSP Guide, Arapaho or Blue Book number, is not definite - it is just what previous owner had written on list. It would have been that issue or at least close to it 25 years ago.
