There are heavy vertical and horizontal creases near the middle, along with lesser creases, folds, and wrink...les throughout. The bill is discolored from its use over the years, with extra darkening noted on the back horizontal crease. The edges are rough with numerous notches and small tears, but none of the damage extends into the printed area. There is a single pinhole visible at the center of the bill when it is held up to light. Beyond these imperfections, you have a decent old note with a bold green seal and missing pieces.
