UP FOR SALE IS A VINTAGE RANDALL #12 RAYMOND THORPE BOWIE KNIFE WITH GENUINE LEATHER SHEATH WITH A FINE INDIA SHARPENING STONE INCLUDED.  THE SHEATH HAS 12-13 ON THE BACK WITH "RANDALL MADE KNIVES, ORLAND FL."  BLADE IS SATIN CARBON  1/4" STEEL STOCK AND IS 13" LONG AND HAS RANDALL MADE, ORLANDO FL ON THE LEFT SIDE. THE BLADE HAS A SHARPENED TOP EDGE.  HANDLE IS THE COMMANDO STYLE GRIP MADE OF LEATHER AND IS 5" LONG. THE HANDLE HAS A DOUBLE LUGGED BRASS HILT, A...ND A DURALUMIN BUTT CAP.  OAL OF KNIFE IS 18" LONG.  THERE ARE RED, BLACK AND WHITE SPACERS BETWEEN HILT AND GRIP AND BUTT CAP AND GRIP.  THERE IS A SMALL SMUDGE ON THE LEATHER GRIP, AND A COUPLE OF SPOTS ON THE BLADE, OTHERWISE EXCELLENT CONDITION.  THIS KNIFE HAS BEEN IN MY PERSONAL COLLECTION SINCE THE 1980'S.
