You are looking at Stunning antique Silver Cigarette or card case with an Art Deco designBeautifully made it has engine turned sides with a vacant cartouche anda gilded interior. The cigarette strap present and slightly elasticatedIt is designed to take 10 cigarettes, or it could hold business cards
Hallmarked inside on both sides the gilding to the main is very thick and has obscured the marks The Lion Passant & P are clear and judging from the design is Birmingham 1...914.

Measuring approx just under 3.25"(8.2 cm) high x 2.5" (6.5cm)" wide to the end of the catch x just under 7mm deep x approx weight 65g
The lightly sprung hinge and catch both work well This is in good condition with the normal scuffs marks and minor depressions consistent with age, and needs a final polish Please look at the photos as they are a large part of the description.
