Antique Solid Sterling Toothpick / Earspoon English * Circa 1870 This nice little silver toothpick has a twisted shank and an earspoon on the end. It tests solid sterling silver and is in great condition with no damage and an intact point. English silversmiths didn't hallmark small items (and have to pay duty on them) until required to by law in the early 1880s. It measures almost 2 3/8" long and was bought in England. It dates to circa 1860-70.
