Here is a Angelus Swiss MadeAlarm Watch/Clock it is in excellent running condition,   this was made to sit in a case, Tiffeny & Co used these to sell in a case, this is probably a 20 size it is 2 3/8" dia.  double sunk dial, swing out back with screw on bezzel and glass, case appears to be brass
