Vintage Witherby Beveled Edge Socket Firmer Chisel 1 1/2 "

You are looking at a vintage 1 1/2" beveled edge socket chisel, made in the USA by T. H. Witherby. This piece is marked on the face of blade with the Witherby branding. This chisel is full length at 13 1/4" long, which is 9 1/2" from cutting edge to top of socket, and a 3 3/4" handle. The handle is Beech and has no splits or cracks, although it does show usage. The handle has a leather tap cap that does have some broken edges. The tool is clean and and the edge is ding free and relativ...ely sharp.
