THIS CAME OUT OF THE ESTATE OF A CHICAGO POLICEMANS FAMILY, HE A FEW OTHER FRAMED PICTURES THAT WERE SIMILAR, UNSURE OF HISTORY BEHIND THE PHOTO JUST THAT IT CAME FROM A POLICEMANS ESTATE, COULD HAVE BEEN MILITARY AROUND WW1, JUST A GUESS, YOU BE THE JUDGE. FRAME OVERALL IS 14" X 11 1/2", ADDRESS ON BACK OF PHOTO WHERE IT WAS FRAMED IS NOW DISTRESSED AREA AND GANG TURF FOR MANY YEARS.
