Another hard to find Japanese tin car with theoriginal box by Yonezawa. This beautifully styled 1958 Oldsmobile 98 2 door measuresapproximately 16.5" long (42 cm) by 4.75” tall (12.1 cm) and 7" wide(17.8 cm). This car is totally original, absolutely beautiful and comes with a seldomseen original box. Big cars such as this in the original box and in thiscondition seldom come available. The bright orange and pale blue colorcombination is original and in extremely nice condition. There ...are a couple ofminor up-tick dimples on the back of the roof and a very small touchup on thetrunk at the end of a minor scratch. You can hardly see any of them. The colorful, lithographed interior adds rich color to the overall presentation. All of the tin trim including bumpers, grill, side trim and windshield trim are in good original condition with just a coupleof spots of tarnishing. The celluloid in the windows is original and clear. The baseplate is original and in goodcondition with some expected scratches. The rubber tires are like new, thefriction works just as it should, and the lithographed hubcaps are terrific. The original box is in good condition althoughit does show wear.
