1939 Vintage Photo by ACME. General view as British Air Minister Sir Kingsley Wood, a group of Parliament Members, mayors and members of the London County Council watched balloon barrage demonstration by the No. 1 Balloon Center of the Royal Air Force at Kidbrooke.
