This is a very nice original tin battery operated American Airlines Airplane made in Japan by Nomura or T.N Toys in 1958.Measures 15 " wingspan.Airplane is the rarest of tin airplanes made by T.N because of its size and lighted cabin.Tin airplane is rust free, no dents, or other damage. It is in very good condition as seen.Excellent factory paint, graphics, and colors.Has all its original props as seen.All rubber tires excellent.All Cabin ligh...t and work.All wings in good condition as seen. Very small dent on tip of wing as seen.Battery box and contacts super clean.Tested with 2 D cell batteries and all actions work strong such as; When turned on, the plane's inboard props turn first then the outboard props turn. Once they all turn the plane takes off and rolls forward with its lighted cabin lighting up. Next, the plane powers down and the props shut down in sequence as the plane comes to a stop. Now the actions repeat.Direction of plane controlled by turning front landing gear.Comes with a reproduction box which is in excellent condition and complete as seen.
