I'm selling this for my dad. This is his childhood toy. He just got it back from my grandma. It has been in his childhood closet for almost 60 years. We don't know much about it so please ask questions. At first when we put batteries in it and it didn't do anything,   but a vintage toy expert I know told me to gently work the arms and legs back and forth and it started to work. It lights up and the arms and legs move now, but it seems to stay in place for the most part. It's legs ...move but it doesn't travel. I have a video.
