WE OFFER WHOLESALE ETHNOGRAPHIC ARTS AND OTHER HISTORICAL ITEMS TO ALL PERSONS ALL OVER THE WORLD! SIZE: Approx. 20 3/4 by 21 1/4 +/- inches. CONDITION: EXCELLENT - clean and nice - Nice rug to use or display and suitable for a great gift ! - PLEASE SEE ADDITIONAL PHO...TOS BY SCROLLING DOWN TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS PAGE. SIGNATURES/MARKINGS: It is not marked/signed as expected for medium. COMMENTS: A nice vintage Navajo sampler rug from the Ganado Trading Post area of the Navajo nation. THESE ARE OFTEN CALLED A NAVAJO SQUARE ". Looks to be c1940-60s, it has selvege on all four sides as well as all four end tassels. Found in an Indian collection in a California estate. A nice example with a desirable red color cross design in the center. A perfect size to display on a wall, use perhaps under another piece of ethnographic art, on an end table, etc. and it has NO RESERVE ! In the rare instance something is damaged in shipping it will be the buyer's sole responsibility to process the claim at the post office. We will provide all the required documentation to help you speed through the process.
